Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to introduce jewellery collections, offers, and services.
Handle inbound customer queries politely and provide accurate product information.
Maintain and update customer data in the system with high accuracy.
Conduct follow-up calls for inquiries, appointments, and purchase confirmations.
Perform customer feedback calling to understand their experience and service satisfaction.
Schedule store visits and coordinate with the sales team for customer appointments.
Maintain a record of daily calls, lead status, and follow-ups.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to improve retention and loyalty.
Provide regular reports on customer responses, leads, and feedback to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Good communication skills in English and local languages.
Pleasant, polite, and professional phone etiquette.
Basic computer knowledge and ability to enter data accurately.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or retail (jewellery experience preferred).
Ability to handle customer queries patiently and confidently.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
