to join our Immigration Consulting team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and convincing skills to connect with potential clients, explain immigration services, and generate qualified leads for counseling and visa filing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients who have shown interest in immigration or overseas opportunities.
Explain company services related to
visa filing, PR, study abroad, and immigration programs
(Canada, Australia, UK, etc.).
Handle inbound inquiries from calls, emails, and social media channels.
Maintain and update client information in CRM or database.
Follow up with clients to ensure conversions and appointment scheduling.
Coordinate with visa counselors and filing officers to manage leads efficiently.
Meet daily and monthly call and conversion targets.
Provide accurate information while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Minimum
12th pass or graduate
in any discipline.
freshers and experienced both of telecalling or customer service experience
, preferably in immigration, education consultancy, or service sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi; other regional languages are a plus).
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Excel, CRM tools).
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Positive attitude, patience, and a professional phone manner.
Preferred Experience:
Prior experience in
immigration, study abroad, or visa consultancy
firms.
Knowledge of
visa categories
(student visa, PR, work visa, visitor visa, etc.).
Understanding of
lead generation
and
sales follow-up processes
