Qualification:

Any Graduate

Experience:

2 to 5 years

Roles & Responsibilities:

Calling active and budding clients

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time

Noting important details of each conversation

Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to sales team for closing

Data management for all leads & sales

Telecaller Requirements:

Prior experience as a tele-caller is a must

Computer literate & good knowledge of excel data management

Fluent verbal communication in English, Hindi & Gujarati

Ability to switch your communication style on a whim

Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills

Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it

Job Type: Full-time
