Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain product/service details.
Follow up on leads and maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM.
Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions or products.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and conversion targets.
Maintain a database of calls and prospects for reporting and future reference.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize results.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any field).
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi, English, and/or regional languages.
Good listening, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, data entry).
Ability to stay motivated and work under minimal supervision.
Preferred:
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service.
Knowledge of the product or industry (if applicable).

?10,000 - ?20,000 per month

9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday-Saturday)
