Telecaller

who can engage with potential leads, explain our services, and convert conversations into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Call and communicate with leads generated from marketing campaigns (Real Estate, Interior, and other sectors). Clearly explain our services, offers, and product details to potential clients. Build strong rapport and trust through professional and persuasive communication. Follow up regularly with interested leads to drive conversions. Maintain and update lead sheets, daily call logs, and status reports in Excel/Google Sheets. Coordinate with the marketing and sales teams for lead status and feedback. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.

Requirements:

Excellent verbal communication skills in

Hindi and English

(Gujarati is a plus). Prior experience in

telecalling, sales, or customer service

preferred. Basic knowledge of

Excel / Google Sheets

for data entry and tracking. Confident, self-motivated, and disciplined to manage daily tasks. Ability to explain marketing and advertising services in a simple, convincing manner.
