Job Description
Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers. Explain company products/services to generate leads. Follow up on the leads and maintain records. Coordinate with the sales team to update customer information. Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversation targets.
Requirements
Good communication skills with a pleasant and confident voice. Prior telecalling or customer service experience preferred Fluency in English and Hindi Basic computer knowledge (MS Office,Data entry etc).
