The Real Estate Telecaller is responsible for initiating and managing telephonic communication with potential and existing clients to generate leads, schedule site visits, and support the sales team in achieving targets. The ideal candidate has proven experience in the real estate sector and possesses excellent communication and convincing skills to effectively promote properties.
Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective clients using the company's database to explain real estate projects, properties, and services.
Handle and respond to inbound inquiries related to various real estate properties and projects.
Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and pricing of different properties to generate interest and qualify leads.
Schedule and coordinate site visits for potential buyers with the sales team.
Conduct regular follow-ups with leads to gauge interest, answer questions, and nurture them towards conversion.
Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions, feedback, and lead status in the CRM system.
Work collaboratively with the sales and marketing teams to achieve individual and team targets.
Stay up-to-date on market trends, project details, and competitor activities to provide accurate information to clients.
