Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and articulate

Telecaller

to join our team in Alkapuri, Vadodara. This role is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to one year of experience who are eager to build a career in client communication and financial services. You'll be the first point of contact for potential clients, helping to build trust and promote our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients Share information about financial products and services Schedule appointments and follow up on inquiries Maintain call logs and update client records Handle basic queries and escalate complex issues to senior staff Support marketing and outreach campaigns

Desired Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English Confident and polite phone etiquette Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, CRM tools) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Graduate from any discipline Prior experience in tele calling or customer service is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
