Role Overview:

As the first point of contact for students and parents, you'll deliver exceptional service, build relationships, and drive walk-ins for our centers and courses.

What You'll Do:

Promote CEF centers, courses, and services to generate walk-ins Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally Identify client needs and recommend suitable solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Use CRM and other tools to track leads and follow-ups Support marketing campaigns and research visitor visa processes
