Role Overview



The Telecaller will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls to prospective and existing patients, providing information about Candor IVF Center's services, and generating leads. The role requires excellent communication skills, a patient-centric approach, and the ability to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Generation & Follow-Up



Make outbound calls to prospective patients and respond to inquiries. Maintain follow-up calls to convert inquiries into appointments. Update and maintain a record of all interactions in the CRM system.

2. Patient Support & Information



Provide accurate information about services, treatments, packages, and procedures. Address patient queries and direct complex issues to the concerned department. Ensure timely communication to maintain patient satisfaction.

3. Appointment Scheduling



Coordinate with the clinic team to schedule patient appointments. Send reminders and follow-up messages to patients. Ensure minimal missed appointments and smooth scheduling operations.

4. Reporting & Documentation



Maintain call logs, lead reports, and patient follow-up data. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports to the department head. Track lead conversion rates and contribute to team targets.

Qualifications & Skills



Minimum

12th pass

; graduation is preferred. Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or healthcare coordination is a plus. Excellent communication skills in [Local Language + English]. Good phone etiquette, persuasion skills, and ability to handle objections. Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM software). Friendly, patient, and target-oriented attitude.
