Job Description

Make outbound calls to potential clients from provided databases/leads. Explain property details, features, and investment opportunities clearly and convincingly. Handle inbound inquiries regarding properties and provide accurate information. Generate and qualify leads for sales teams by identifying customer needs and preferences. Maintain regular follow-ups with interested clients to nurture leads and convert them into site visits. Schedule and coordinate site visits with sales executives. Update and maintain client database. Achieve weekly/monthly lead generation and conversion targets. Provide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

Requirements:



Proven experience as a telecaller, telesales executive, or customer service role (real estate preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in [English/Hindi/Gujarati]. Basic knowledge of real estate projects, property sales, or willingness to learn quickly. Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively. Comfortable working with targets and deadlines. Qualification: Graduate/Undergraduate with relevant skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
