The Tele caller will act as the first line of communication between the company and potential clients across India. They are responsible for making outbound calls, introducing products to B2B clients (dealers, distributors, EPCs), qualifying leads, and scheduling meetings for the Business Development team. The role involves handling CRM updates, follow-ups, and reporting to ensure quality lead funnel management.

Reports To: Business Development Executive and Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound B2B calls to potential partners across India. (Dealers, Distributors, EPC firms).
Introduce Frelit's inverter products and generate interest.
qualify, and record leads in the CRM system.
Schedule appointments or product demos for the BDE Team.
Follow up calls with interested parties and ensure timely communication.
Share product details, quotations, and company brochures.
Update lead status and maintain detailed records of calls.
Collaborate with the BDE team for lead closures and feedback.
Submit daily/weekly reports on activities and lead status.
Maintain professional communication and a positive company image.
