. The candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, following up with prospective customers, and ensuring excellent customer service in the automobile sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain automobile products/services.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide detailed product information.
Generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
Maintain customer databases and update records in CRM.
Follow up with interested customers and convert inquiries into sales.
Assist customers with loan/finance, insurance, and vehicle-related queries.
Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets assigned by the management.
