. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential students and leads, providing them with course information, and inviting them to visit our centre for counseling or demo sessions.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads provided by the academy.
Explain course offerings, benefits, and learning outcomes to potential students.
Maintain a high level of customer engagement and ensure a positive experience.
Convince and invite leads to visit the centre for further discussion or demo classes.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and student feedback.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly calling and visit invitation targets.
Coordinate with the counsellors and admissions team for follow-ups.
Handle basic queries and objections with professionalism.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th pass or any graduate.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Freshers are welcome
Good persuasive and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team and under pressure.
