Job Summary:

We are hiring a

Telecaller

to make and receive phone calls to customers. You will explain products or services, answer questions, and keep records using

Microsoft Excel

. Good communication and basic computer skills are important.

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential customers to promote products or services.

Lead Generation:

Identifying and qualifying potential leads through telemarketing.

Sales:

Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.

Inbound Call Handling:

Answering customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Customer Service:

Providing excellent customer service through phone interactions.

Record Keeping:

Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow-up:

Following up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction.

Target Achievement:

Meeting sales targets and contributing to team performance. Explain products or services in a clear and polite way. Answer customer questions and provide information. Enter customer details and call records in

Excel

. Follow up with interested customers. Achieve daily or weekly calling targets.

Requirements:

Minimum 12th pass or graduate. Good speaking skills in English . Basic

Excel and computer knowledge

. Polite, confident, and a good listener. Experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus. Customer Handling Skills. Computer Skills Essential Skills. Excellent Communication.

NOTE:

As we are looking for telecaller position other background candidate strictly don't apply.

Pay: ?9,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
