A tele caller must be an excellent communicator and have superior people skills. They must be
comfortable presenting products or services over the phone and will be responsible for generating
walk-ins. Duties and Responsibilities
explaining the product features to prospective students
Fixing appointments for further counseling & Interviews
calling on leads generated through different sources
Generating Walk-ins
Outbound calling
Cold calling for lead generation Skills Required
Good Communication and coordination skills
Should be target-oriented, focused, proactive, and keen Learner
Excellent computer knowledge
Experience in the field of education is an add-on.
