Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic

team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential customers,

providing information about our products/services, and driving sales through effective

communication. This role is essential in building customer relationships and contributing to

the overall success of our business.

Key Responsibilities:

? Initiate outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.

? Present and promote our products/services via phone in a clear and professional

manner.

? Understand customer needs and provide appropriate responses and solutions.

? Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM

system.

? Follow up on customer inquiries and feedback to ensure satisfaction.

? Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

? Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective communication

strategies.

? Provide exceptional customer service and support during calls.

? Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities.

Qualifications:

? High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.

? Previous experience in a telecalling or sales role is an advantage.

? Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

? Ability to listen actively and understand customer needs.

? Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

? Ability to handle objections and resolve issues effectively.

? A positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
