Furn & Fen is looking for enthusiastic and responsible Telecallers to join our team in Chennai. The role involves handling client interactions over the phone, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth communication between clients and the company. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with professionalism.
Follow up on leads and inquiries to generate business opportunities.
Maintain and update client interaction records in Excel/CRM tools.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Meet monthly call and follow-up targets. Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in telecalling/customer service, preferably in service or sales-oriented roles.
Fluent in Tamil and English; Hindi knowledge will be an added advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Tech-friendly and comfortable with Excel, CRM, and digital tools.
