Telecalling & Customer Communication



Make outbound calls to

existing and new customers

Attend

incoming calls

and handle customer enquiries politely Explain

products & services

(Copiers, Printers, MFPs, AMC, Service) Generate

service calls, demo requests, and sales leads

Follow up for: Service complaints AMC renewals Pending payments Maintain call details in

register / CRM


Front Office & Coordination



Manage

front desk operations

Attend

walk-in customers

Register

service complaints & installation requests

Prepare and maintain: Service call sheets Job cards Parts & warranty slips Coordinate with

service engineers and sales team

Maintain customer records, AMC & warranty details Assist in basic billing and office documentation
REQUIREMENTS

Minimum

Plus Two / Diploma / Degree

Good communication in

Malayalam & English

Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email) Polite attitude & good customer-handling skills Ability to manage

calls and front desk simultaneously

Freshers can apply (training provided)
PREFERRED SKILLS

Experience in

telecalling, front office, or service coordination

Knowledge of

office automation products

(copiers/printers) Basic understanding of service process & customer follow-up
Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
