Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls to customers and leads. Provide detailed information about clinic services, treatments, and offers. Schedule and confirm appointments for clients with doctors or aestheticians. Maintain and update the client database regularly. Follow up on leads, enquiries, and feedback to ensure client satisfaction. Coordinate with the clinic team for smooth client handling and service delivery. Maintain professionalism and empathy while handling client queries. Assist in daily front desk operations if required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (Telugu, English, and Hindi preferred). Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling or front desk roles in the

beauty, wellness, or healthcare

industry. Good computer and CRM handling skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment. Positive attitude and passion for client service.

Pay: ?19,717.59 - ?33,189.94 per month
