Telecaller - Insurance Sales (Hindi)

We are hiring

Telecallers (Hindi)

for the Insurance sector.
Your role is to make outbound calls, explain products, and convert leads into policy sales.

Responsibilities:

Call potential customers and explain insurance products. Handle queries, renewals, and cross-selling. Achieve sales targets and maintain call records.

Requirements:

Education:

12th Pass minimum

(Graduates preferred). Language: Fluency in

Hindi

(mandatory), basic English preferred. Freshers welcome; experience in telecalling/insurance sales preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

Freshers:

?14,000/month |

Experienced:

?18,000/month Performance incentives + Joining bonus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
