Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Tele callers. The candidate will be responsible for making phone calls to potential customers, sharing information about our products or services, and generating leads. Proper training will be provided to help you succeed in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain the company's products/services. Maintain good communication and build positive relationships with customers. Record customer details, inquiries, and feedback accurately. Follow up with interested customers and assist the sales team with lead conversion. Meet daily and weekly calling targets as assigned. Maintain professionalism and a positive attitude during calls. Report call results and feedback to the supervisor regularly.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream). Fresher candidates are welcome; training will be provided. Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, data entry). Confident, polite, and customer-focused personality. Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
