The Telecaller is responsible for reaching out to potential customers, explaining the organization's products or services, generating leads, and ensuring customer satisfaction through professional communication and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products, services, or campaigns.
Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.
Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
Follow up with leads to convert them into confirmed sales or appointments.
Maintain accurate call and lead records in CRM or Excel sheets.
Meet daily and weekly call targets and conversion goals.
Respond promptly to customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve outreach strategies.
Collect customer feedback and report insights to the management team.
Adhere to call quality and compliance standards.
