We're looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller and Sales professional to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for reaching out to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship building.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to generate leads and convert prospects into customers
Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM
Follow up with potential clients through scheduled callbacks
Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities
Build strong customer relationships for repeat business
Prepare daily sales reports and activity summaries
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to optimize strategies
Requirements
Essential:
1-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Gujarati
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Target-oriented mindset with proven track record
Preferred:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience in [your industry] sector
Familiarity with digital marketing tools
Previous B2B/B2C sales experience
