Job Summary:



We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for

initiating the sales process

by identifying and engaging potential buyers, conducting market research, and showcasing our real estate offerings. You will play a vital role in supporting the sales team by qualifying leads, providing key insights, and maintaining strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation & Outbound Calls:

Proactively reach out to potential buyers from a database to generate interest in our properties.

Market Research & Lead Qualification:

Analyse market trends and assess buyer needs, preferences, and budgets to determine suitability for specific properties.

Property Information & Sales Support:

Provide detailed insights on property features, pricing, and availability, ensuring potential buyers have all necessary information.

Appointment Scheduling:

Arrange in-person property viewings, presentations, and open house visits for interested buyers.

Relationship Management:

Develop and nurture strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to enhance customer confidence and conversion rates.

Collaboration with Sales Team:

Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads and maximize sales efficiency.

Lead Prioritization:

Identify high-quality leads, bridge the gap between marketing and sales, and ensure the sales team focuses on the most promising prospects.

Requirements:



Education:

Minimum 12th pass

Experience:

6 months experience in tele calling, preferably in the real estate industry.

Skills:



Excellent communication and persuasive skills. Basic knowledge of real estate and property trends.
