Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential and existing customers for promotions, new products, and order follow-ups.

Address customer questions, resolve issues, and provide product details.

Generate, nurture, and follow up on sales leads.

Coordinate with sales & marketing, process orders, and meet daily targets.

Maintain accurate call records and update CRM systems.

Relay customer insights and trends to the team.
