Key Responsibilities. Lead Management & Conversion
Make outbound calls to prospective leads generated through campaigns, social media, and referrals.
Counsel students on course offerings.
Follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
2. Communication & Counselling
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable courses.
Deliver accurate information regarding fees, course duration, study modules, and placement assistance.
Maintain a professional and persuasive communication style at all times.
3. Database & Reporting
Update CRM/lead sheets daily with follow-ups and conversions.
Share daily call reports with management.
Maintain organized records of interactions for future reference.
4. Coordination
Coordinate with the admissions team for enrollment completion.
Work with marketing to share feedback on lead quality and student queries.
Assist in academy events, seminars, and demo classes when required.
Required Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication skills in English & Hindi.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to explain courses clearly and confidently.
Basic computer knowledge (CRM, WhatsApp Business, Excel).
Customer-oriented mindset with patience and professionalism.
Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
Minimum Graduate preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales (preferably in the education sector).
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
