Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated

Telecaller

with at least 1 year of experience in selling

business loans or working capital finance

. The role involves outbound calling, lead conversion, and explaining loan products to small and medium business clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential business clients Pitch business loans and working capital products Follow up on leads and convert to applications Explain loan terms, eligibility, and documentation Maintain daily call records and reports

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience in business loan/working capital telesales Strong communication and convincing skills Basic knowledge of loan processes and financial documentation Comfortable with CRM tools and Excel

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
