Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Lead Generation:



Identifying and qualifying potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.

Sales Presentations:



Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to potential clients, both over the phone and in person.

Customer Relationship Management:



Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions.

Closing Sales:



Persuading customers to make purchases or schedule appointments, and following up to ensure satisfaction.

Database Management:



Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, updating databases, and tracking sales progress.

Sales Target Achievement:



Meeting or exceeding sales targets and contributing to overall team performance.

Problem Solving:



Addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department.

Market Research:



Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.

Reporting:



Providing regular reports on sales activities, performance metrics, and market feedback to management.

Field Sales:



Visiting clients at their locations, conducting presentations, and closing deals in person.

Coordination:



Working with other team members (sales, marketing, etc.) to develop and implement sales strategies.

Skills Required:

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.

Sales Skills:

Persuasion, negotiation, and closing techniques to drive sales.

Interpersonal Skills:

Building rapport with customers and maintaining positive relationships.

Problem-Solving:

Identifying and resolving customer issues effectively.

Managing multiple tasks, prioritizing leads, and meeting deadlines.

Technical Skills:

Proficiency in using CRM software, databases, and other sales tools.

Understanding the company's products and services to effectively communicate their value to customers.
