To handle telecalling for leads provided by the digital marketing team, qualify them through conversation, and set up appointments for the sales team with interested prospects.
Key Responsibilities
Receive and manage leads provided from digital marketing campaigns (Meta, Google, etc.).
Make outbound calls or WhatsApp messages to provided leads promptly.
Qualify leads by understanding their requirements and interest level.
Build rapport and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
Schedule appointments/meetings with qualified leads and share details with the sales team.
Follow up with leads to reschedule meetings or gather additional information if needed.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and meetings in the CRM.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve lead quality and conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good telephone etiquette and persuasive speaking skills.
Ability to handle rejection and maintain professionalism.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM experience preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, lead qualification, or appointment setting is a plus.
Work Environment
Office-based role with fixed work hours.
