Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential and existing clients to promote company services.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely communication.
Coordinate with the operations and sales teams for seamless customer service.
Uphold company values and communication standards in every interaction.
Required Qualifications and Skills
Minimum education: Diploma or Graduation.
Strong verbal communication skills in
Hindi
; basic English proficiency preferred.
Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales is an advantage (freshers may also apply).
Ability to work with basic computer applications (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools, etc.).
Good listening skills and a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Professional conduct, punctuality, and discipline.
