Make outbound calls to potential clients and explain our services
Handle inbound calls and client inquiries professionally
Generate leads and follow up with interested customers
Maintain daily call records and customer details
Achieve assigned call and lead targets
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English & Hindi (Punjabi is a plus)
Confident and persuasive speaking ability
Basic knowledge of computers
Sales or telecalling experience will be an advantage
