Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain products/services in a clear and professional manner
Maintain accurate records of conversations and customer details
Follow up with interested leads and close sales where possible
Handle customer queries with patience and problem-solving ability
Work closely with sales and marketing team for lead management
Requirements
1-3 years of telecalling/tele-sales/customer service experience
Excellent communication skills in
Hindi, English
(Regional language is a plus)
Comfortable with phone-based communication and CRM usage
Positive attitude, convincing skills, and sales orientation
Ability to work under targets and perform in a fast-paced environment
