Minimum graduate .
Prior experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service .
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Ability to handle rejection and stress positively.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing,).
Good listening skills and attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads or sales.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues over the phone.
Provide information about services in a clear and effective manner.
Maintain call records and update CRM/database accurately.
Follow up with leads and ensure timely closure of deals or queries.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and conversions.
Handle customer objections professionally and provide appropriate solutions.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during calls.
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for campaign updates.
