We are looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven
Telecaller
to contribute to generating sales for our company. The Telecaller will be responsible for closing sales deals over the phone and maintaining good customer relationships. The ideal candidate must be an excellent communicator with persuasive skills and a passion for sales.
Key Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell company products/services.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or incoming inquiries.
Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions/products.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
Provide feedback to the management on customer concerns, interests, and market trends.
Maintain a polite and professional manner during calls.
Collaborate with the field sales team when required.
Requirements
:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate (preferred).
Proven experience as a telecaller, telemarketer, or similar sales/customer service role.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in relevant languages (e.g., Hindi, English).
Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is a plus.
