Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven

Telecaller

to join our growing interior design and real estate business. The ideal candidate will be responsible for initiating outbound calls, responding to inquiries, and converting leads into potential clients. This role is essential in building strong customer relationships and expanding our client base for interior design projects and real estate properties.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads for interior design and real estate services. Handle inbound calls, follow up on inquiries, and provide accurate information about services offered. Maintain a strong understanding of interior design solutions, project timelines, and real estate listings. Schedule appointments for on-site meetings, design consultations, or property visits. Maintain and update client databases with current information and lead status. Follow up with prospective clients via calls, messages, and emails to convert leads.

Requirements:

Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales preferred (especially in real estate or design). Good communication skills in Telugu, English. Confident, persuasive, and a good listener. Ability to handle client queries professionally and efficiently.
