Job Summary

We are looking for a

Female Tele caller

with good communication skills to handle

incoming and outgoing calls

, guide patients, generate appointments, and maintain proper follow-ups. The role is critical in converting inquiries into hospital visits.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

inbound & outbound calls

from patient inquiries, leads, and follow-ups Explain

hospital services (IVF, fertility treatments, OPD consultations)

clearly

Generate appointments

and confirm visit schedules Ensure

Patient Source is mandatorily captured

in CRM on every call Follow up with

new leads, old leads, and missed calls

Update

daily call reports

in CRM / Excel / Hospital software Coordinate with

front desk, doctors, and marketing team

Maintain

polite, empathetic, and professional communication

with patients Achieve

daily / weekly calling and appointment targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

Female candidate preferred Minimum

12th pass / Graduate

Good Hindi communication

(English basic knowledge preferred) Experience in

hospital / IVF / healthcare telecalling

is an advantage Ability to handle patients with

empathy and patience

Basic knowledge of

CRM, Excel, or calling software

Experience

0-3 years

(Freshers can apply; training will be provided)

Working Hours

9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
