Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.
Answer inbound customer queries professionally and courteously.
Generate leads, follow up with prospects, and convert them into clients.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
Provide product/service details and resolve customer queries.
Schedule appointments and coordinate with the sales team for meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business.
Prepare and share regular reports on calls, leads, and conversions with management.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass / Graduate.
Certification in sales or customer service is an added advantage.
Experience:
0-2 years of experience as a Telecaller, Customer Care Executive, or similar role.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Excellent verbal communication in [English/Tamil].
Persuasive, confident, and positive speaking skills.
Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM software).
