Job Description

We are looking for a

smart, confident, and dedicated female Telecaller cum Office Assistant

who can handle inbound/outbound calls and also assist in basic office management tasks.

Key Responsibilities:



Daily outbound/inbound customer calls Provide information about products/services Follow-up calls for inquiries and leads Maintain call logs and follow-up sheets Handle basic file and document management (physical & digital) Coordinate with team and update task sheets Assist in day-to-day office activities

Requirements:



Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English preferred) Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) Comfortable with phone calling and follow-ups Organized and disciplined with file/document work Minimum Graduate preferred Prior telecalling or office work experience is a plus
