Make outbound calls to prospective clients and channel partners for property sales and promotions.
Handle inbound queries and provide complete information about properties, pricing, and project details.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and maintain a strong follow-up system.
Build and expand the channel partner (CP) network by engaging with brokers and agents over calls.
Maintain accurate records of daily calls, lead status, and conversions in CRM systems.
Support the sales team by scheduling site visits, client meetings, and follow-ups.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Experience:
Minimum 1-3 years of telecalling experience in the
real estate industry
(mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent calling, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
Good knowledge of real estate market, projects, and property sales process.
Ability to handle cold calling and convert leads into sales opportunities.
Proactive, target-driven, and result-oriented.
