Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain products/services and generate interest or appointments.
Maintain records of calls and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and handle basic customer queries.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Basic knowledge of call-handling etiquette.
Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or Graduate.
Fresher or at least 6 months preferred.
Basic spoken and little understanding of English also.
