We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele caller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients/customers, answering inbound inquiries, and maintaining positive relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients/customers and inform them about products/services.
Answer inbound calls from clients/customers and provide information or resolve queries.
Follow a script to engage potential customers and generate leads.
Maintain and update the customer database with accurate and relevant information.
Handle customer objections and persuade them to consider the product/service.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets set by the management.
Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaborate with team members to improve performance and increase sales.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Tele caller or similar role in sales/customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.
Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
Basic computer skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple calls daily.
