We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic

Telecaller

to join our team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate must have

at least 1 year of experience

in telecalling or a similar customer-facing role in any industry. Strong communication skills and

good knowledge of the Bhubaneswar market

are essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Make

inbound calls

to potential and existing clients. Explain

products and services clearly

and persuasively. Fix appointments for the sales team. Follow up with

clients for feedback and conversion.

Maintain accurate

records of calls and client details

.

Build and maintain a positive relationship with clients

. Handle inquiries and professionally resolve issues. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call targets and reporting metrics.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of experience as a telecaller

or in any customer interaction role. Excellent verbal communication skills in

Odia, Hindi, and English

.

Strong understanding of Bhubaneswar city

and its local market. Confident, polite, and persuasive personality. Basic

computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).

Ability to

work independently

and in a team.

SALARY - 8000- 12000

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?12,000.00 per month
