Key Responsibilities
Manage
lead maturing and follow-up
calls to convert prospects into customers.
Maintain accurate
customer relationship management (CRM)
data and call records.
Receive inbound calls
and provide prompt support and information to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Coordinate with the sales and operations teams for smooth service delivery.
Perform
back-office duties
including data entry, documentation, and report generation.
Ensure timely communication and maintain a professional tone with every interaction.
Work towards achieving individual and team performance targets.
