As a Caller, you will be the voice of our organization, driving engagement and building relationships with potential clients. Your energetic approach will help generate leads and nurture existing relationships through warm and outbound calling. You'll play a vital role in our sales process, utilizing your negotiation skills and customer service expertise to create impactful conversations that lead to successful business development.
What you'll do
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, introducing our products and services with enthusiasm.
Engage in warm calling to follow up on leads, ensuring a personalized touch that resonates with potential customers.
Utilize CRM software to track interactions, manage leads, and maintain accurate records of conversations.
Collaborate with the sales team to strategize on B2B sales opportunities and refine approaches based on feedback.
Leverage Salesforce for managing sales pipelines and reporting on progress toward goals.
Demonstrate strong communication skills by articulating product benefits clearly and effectively during calls.
Participate in training sessions to enhance your technical sales knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
Basic qualifications
Proven experience in telemarketing or inside sales roles.
