We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Caller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential clients through outbound calling, focusing on B2B sales and telemarketing efforts. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for technology sales, helping to drive business development initiatives while utilizing CRM software such as Salesforce.
Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to promote products and services
Engage in warm calling to nurture leads and build relationships
Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and meet targets
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM software
Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance outreach efforts
Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Assist in the development of sales strategies for technology products
Participate in training sessions to improve telemarketing techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales
Familiarity with CRM software, preferably Salesforce
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
Background in technology sales or technical sales is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Experience in business development and outbound calling strategies
A proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement
