We are a travel company looking for telecaller candidates.
The Telecaller will handle incoming enquiries from guests, collect all necessary details, check availability with properties, revert to guests with information, and work to close the sale. You will act as a key link between guests and suppliers (hotels, resorts etc.), ensuring excellent customer experience, accuracy, and timely communication.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming stay / accommodation enquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Gather all required guest details: travel dates, number of people, room preferences, budget, special requests, etc.
Reach out to property/partner hotels/accommodations to check for availability and rates.
Communicate back to the guest promptly with options, pricing, and other relevant information.
Follow up with guests to clarify queries, negotiate if needed, and help them make a decision.
Close the sale: get confirmation, payment details, terms, etc.
Ensure booking details are accurate; send booking confirmations, invoices, etc.
Maintain records of enquiries, bookings, follow-ups, and customer interactions in CRM or internal systems.
Meet targets (number of enquiries handled, conversion rate, sales revenue).
Handle any issues or customer complaints, escalate to manager if necessary.
Keep up-to-date with rates, property policies, promotions, and local knowledge to provide accurate information.
Skills & Qualifications
Good communication skills (verbal and written) in English; proficiency in local languages is a plus.
Pleasant phone manners, patient and customer?oriented.
Basic computer skills; comfortable using booking tools, email, spreadsheets, CRM.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple enquiries and follow?ups simultaneously.
Sales aptitude: ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals.
Ability to work under pressure to meet targets and deadlines.
Organized, proactive, reliable.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹10,500.00 per month
