Answer incoming calls
from patients and provide clear information about available tests, preparation instructions, timings, and lab policies.
Address basic patient queries politely and professionally, and escalate complex questions to the appropriate team.
Excellent verbal communication
and telephone etiquette.
Good organizational, time-management, and follow-up skills.
