We are looking for a

female Telecaller

to join our team and handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and prospects. The ideal candidate will be confident, fluent in communication, and capable of building rapport over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads. Explain products or services to prospects clearly and convincingly. Follow up on leads and maintain client database. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain daily call logs and update CRM systems. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets as set by the management.

Requirements:

Gender:

Female candidates only

Education:

Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

Experience:

0-2 years in telecalling or customer service (Freshers can apply)

Languages:

Fluency in [mention required languages - e.g., Hindi, English, and/or regional languages] Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer knowledge
