Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and customer-oriented Telecaller to join our logistics team. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer issues, and promoting logistics services. Fluency in

English, Malayalam, and Hindi

is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls related to bookings, delivery status, service inquiries, and support.

Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote logistics services and follow up on leads.

Build rapport with customers to understand their logistics needs and provide accurate service information.

Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner, escalating complex cases as needed.

Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions in the CRM or internal system.

Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.

Coordinate with internal teams such as operations and sales to ensure customer needs are met.

Collect customer feedback and report insights to help improve service quality.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Minimum Plus two

Languages:

Fluent in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (mandatory).

Technical Skills: Basic computer skills; experience with CRM or logistics software is a plus.

Communication Skills: Clear and effective verbal communication.

Soft Skills: Good interpersonal skills, patience, problem-solving ability, and confidence in handling customer interactions.
